About Whitemarsh Community Access
Comcast Ch. 965 (SD), Verizon/FiOS Ch. 2146 (HD)
The purpose of the Whitemarsh Township Government Access Channel is to provide Township residents information on local government and local government-related community programs and events.
On April 8, 2010, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution #2010-18 establishing a mission statement, guidelines and policies for the Government Access Channel.

On August 27, 2024, the Channel went High Definition (HD) on its new Verizon/FiOS channel, 2146, replacing previous longtime Verizon channel 46.
On January 5, 2026, the Channel officially changed its name from Whitemarsh TV (WTV) to "Whitemarsh Community Access." This rebranding reflects the many ways in which Township-produced video content is made viewable today - local cable, YouTube, social media, and other Township mediums. After months of planning, discussion and feedback, the new branding was recommended by the Media Communications Advisory Board for approval by the Board of Supervisors in September 2025, and formally adopted by the Supervisors on October 9, 2025.

Cablecast LIVE at 6:30PM, and livestreamed on YouTube the night they are scheduled. Rebroadcasts twice-daily at 8:30AM and 6:30PM, and available to watch anytime on YouTube.

Recorded gavel-to-gavel coverage of Montgomery County Board of Commissioners Meetings, provided by the County, providing regular updates on what's happening at the County level. Airs each day at 1:00PM.
