2026 REAL ESTATE TAX BILL DUE DATES:
The last day for Discount Period payments for 2026 County and Township Real Estate Tax will be on Thursday, April 30, 2026. Payments made after April 30, 2026 will not be eligible for the 2% discount.
Payments received or postmarked after April 30, 2026 (through June 30, 2026) will be applied to the face period and must satisfy the face period amount. Payments can be made: (1) By-mail, (2) Online, or (3) In-person. Please note, in-person payments should be made at the Berkheimer office, located at Bridgeport Borough Hall, 1st Floor (63 W. 4th Street, Bridgeport, PA 19405). The Township Building can accept payments, but cannot provide a receipt. Those who want a stamped and dated tax receipt MUST make payment in person at Berkheimer's Bridgeport office location. Township and County taxes paid AFTER June 30th (through December 31, 2026) are subject to a 10% penalty.
If payments are made by mail, the payment must be post marked by midnight April 30, 2026 in order to receive the discount.
Colonial School District's Real Estate Taxes are due to the Colonial School District, and payments for Whitemarsh Township residents may be dropped off in the mail slot and the Elite Revenue Solutions, LLC, located at 804 Fayette Street, Conshohocken. In-person payments will be accepted at Colonial Middle School, 716 Belvoir Road, Plymouth Meeting only during select periods as noted on your tax bill.
