Street Light, Fire Hydrant & Refuse Fees

Street Lights

Assessment for the maintenance and expense for street lights to illuminate streets, sidewalks and other public properties for 2026 is $38.00 per year on all properties.  

Fire Hydrants

Assessments for the testing, maintenance, replacing, operating and repairing of both the water service and fire hydrants are necessary to ensure adequate coverage exists for fire protection.  The fire hydrant assessment for 2026 is $21.00 per year on all properties.  

Refuse Fee

Residents who receive collection and disposal of trash, recycle, and yard waste from the Township's contracted hauler pay an annual fee on their tax bill. Residents who receive trash collection paid through their HOA or Landlord (if in a multi-unit property) do not pay this township fee.  The service charge for the 2026 fiscal year for collection of trash, recycling and yard waste is $664.00 per residential dwelling unit.
