Interactive Zoning Map

A new Interactive Zoning Map, known as MapLink™, is now available on the Township’s website.  Developed by General Code of Rochester, NY, it is designed to assist residents, businesses owners and other property owners in finding essential zoning information.  MapLink provides fast online access to essential property details such as zoning districts, allowable uses and dimensional standards.

Whitemarsh Township uses General Code’s eCode360® platform to maintain our full Township Code (including the Zoning Ordinance) so that as any updates made to the Zoning Ordinance will also be updated in MapLink.

If you have any questions about use of MapLink or have other zoning questions, you will find names and phone numbers for contacts in the Planning & Zoning Department when you initially open the site.

Please note that the zoning in the highlighted Spring Mill/Conshohocken area of the Township, depicted in the image below, has changed as of November 14, 2024, and has not yet been incorporated into the Interactive Zoning Map or codified in the code. Contact the Planning & Zoning Department for more information.
