The Following Fees Shall Apply to Each Initial Registration and one re-inspection of Rental Units Required by the Township of Whitemarsh through
Ordinance No. 1027 along with Resolution No. 2023-13 of 2023.

| Fee paid prior to April 1st of the first year of a Program Cycle | $80/dwelling unit |
| Fee paid prior to June 30th of the first year of the Program Cycle | $100/Dwelling Unit |
| Fee paid after June 30th of the first year of a Program Cycle | $125/Dwelling Unit |

| Fee for a Second Re-Inspection and all additional Inspections |
The Following Fee Schedule Shall Apply to Each Re-Inspection Required by this Department which is Not a Biennial Inspection* and which is Necessitated by the Existence of Code Violations Noted during a Biennial Inspection:
